Result after 5 days:

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAbiscuit – vodka: 3 visible layers, on the bottom settled the actual solid part of the biscuit, the middle sitting the alcohol layer in beautiful amber color and on the top seems flooting the fat (probably butter what used to bake the biscuits – surprisingly the texture keeps being liquid by forming shiny oily bubbles)

raw cookie-dough vodka: 3 visible layers seperated, once the “kindofsolid” mass then the yellow coloured alcohol and the layer of air… (this is interesting because it seems that some ingredients of the already mixed cookie dough started a fermentation with creating lots of baby-bubbles – can develop amazing flavor)

peanut butter whiskey: 2 visible layers, pretty consistent coloring. The two seperated layers are the clearer layer of alcohol and a more buttery-layer of whiskey (gonna be hard work…)

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAnutella vodka: 2 visible layers separated, one clearer and one more consistent. After shaking the result is absolut homogeneous (gonna be really really hard work…). Interesting, that the more clear layer first developed in the middle of the tube so it doesn’t seem lighter than the thicker nutella.

chocolate tarte malt whisky: 3 visible layers plus extra chocolate chips. With this the blending wasnt 100% – kept the different textures of the cake – now u can see the pieces of the cake on the bottom with the choc chunks followed by the creamy brown colored whiskey and a bubbly-butter layer on the top. Much potential.

Consulting with my advisers (Mum and Dad) first i will try to abstract the alcohol only mechanically with hundreds of filters and muslim and cotton etc etc etc…. my idea of the destillation was dead already before born – i would loose too much alcohol even to try the whole thing…. So a couple of days more for infusing (keep turning the mixes up-side-down) then a couple of days resting to settle… and we can jump in the middle of the funny abstraction…. i am really really positive… :)

(worst case scenario: im gonna make a massive drunk pancake party using all the sweet&alcoholic smoothies as toppings….)
