Ok Ok, i tell u what. I caught a picture on the internet and my mind just can not let it go. The vision is about a bottle containing vodka flavoured with cake… yesssssssssssssssss…. different brands has it, like Smirnoff, Three Olives, UV Vodka and so on…. and its a fact that really hard to get one of these (now, for me, at Palma on a normal price at least)… but i couldnt turn my brain off…OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAso i decided that i have to make my own flavored alcohol – which officially a tincture (using alcohol to trap any flavor)… and at this case for me using vodka seems the easiest way with its pure clear flavor – seems perfect choice (i did involve whiskey in my experiment as well – u will see later, i ve already have a couple of complex dessert in my mind for later)…

Now lets see what can i do without a laboratory and a destillation system. The main point is trying to keep the same texture of the alcohol without going closer to a smoothy or a shake…

My main plan was to infuse the alcohol by blending sweets in it and leave to rest for the separation:OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

  1. nutella vodka
  2. biscuit vodka
  3. peanutbutter whiskey
  4. cookie dough vodka
  5. choc tarte malt whisky

The emergency plan is mix my own sweet-cake-alcohol using just different extracts.

This was the first stage. Now we need to wait. Lets say around 5days must be enough infusing time. Hope its gonna be enough time for me as well to find out how im gonna separate the alcohol from the solid parts…

(time to call my emergency helps, my father who has got a proper destillation system at home to make his own special “pálinka” and my mummy who is a chemist :)))
