Chaos. Big chaos. And little bit bigger chaos… just on the top.
Last couple of weeks were horrifying… just sh8t everywhere all around. Lost my job… lost money. Lost flats – planning to move. Finally moved. More money. And cost. And sh8t… all around.
And i think i lost my creativity for now – im just too busy with all this things which i dont wanna do but need to.
Having my “brothers” around (i am a ‘sister girl’ – but i have 2 lovely bros from my boyfriend :) to help – causing more problems most of the times… hehehe.
Ive got back my job – less hours, but i have just 2more months here anyway before i move towards… and i have extremely much spare time… what i could use to cook and/or bake and being amazingly creative – if i would have lots of spare money for experiments.
But i have a couple more hungry mouths to feed now – and its really easy in a way, these boys are eating everything… (but usually not in the same time… :S)
They eat everything but nothing special…. so i made a big bunch of doughnuts – from Bouchon Bakery, i couldnt find lighter recipe than this, from 250g flour u feed 4friends!!!!
And the other half of the dough found his warm bed in a tray as my ‘famous’ baked GOLDEN DUMPLINGS (aranygaluska) with the usual mallorquin twist – using almonds and turrón instead of the good old walnut.
Thanks to Bouchon Bakery, here it is:
- 518g flour
- 10g yeast
- 74g sugar
- 9g salt
- 212g warm milk
- 111g eggs (2 :))
- 9g vanilla paste
- 57g butter
(i added some lemon zest and a shot of alcholol as well – my father’s special home-made szilvapálinka which helps the yeast to work)
